I hold a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from San Diego State University, and dual M.A. degrees in Counseling and Educational Psychology from Chapman University. Clinical Experience

My professional journey has included roles as a preschool teacher, School Psychologist, and adjunct faculty at several online universities. These experiences have deepened my commitment to early intervention and holistic support for children and families.

With a strong foundation in child and adolescent development, I specialize in supporting individuals with diverse learning and neurodevelopmental needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Dyslexia, Executive Functioning challenges, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), sensory processing concerns, and intellectual and emotional disabilities. I am a trauma-informed therapist and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), integrating CBT and other evidence-based practices into every aspect of my clinical work.

Outside of work, I’m a proud San Diego native, devoted wife, and mom to three amazing kids. My husband and I are passionate SDSU Men’s Basketball fans—whether cheering from the stands at home or traveling to away games. Our family loves to travel and is actively involved in supporting local athletic foundations and mental health education. Above all, my family is my greatest joy and inspiration.
