A standard 45-minute session is offered for individuals, children, & couples.
Many insurances and self pay options are accepted and select "low fee slots" are available.
Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, BlueCross/BlueShield, Blue Shield of CA, Cigna, Magellan, and Tricare insurance plans are accepted at this time for some providers, as well as EAP programs and self pay/out of pocket. Many PPO plans may have Out-of-Network benefits that you can also use to obtain treatment coverage. In this case, we may bill your insurance for you as a courtesy and you typically have a coinsurance instead of a copayment.
You may contact your insurance company to determine if our services are covered by your specific plan and the amount of your copay. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Know that submitting information to insurance does require authorization of personal health information specific to the treatment.
Cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted in the office at the time of visit. Payment is expected at the time of service. See Understanding your Medical Bill for payment questions.
No Show/Late Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you or your child. If you are unable to show for your scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the No Show/Late Cancellation fee. The No Show/Late Cancellation fee is a standard fee of $75. This may be automatically charged for you that same day. In the event that you cancel within the 24 hour time frame and your exclusive appointment time is filled that day, the fee will be waived.
