About HPS
Hilber Psychological Services (DBA) is a small group practice that is owned and operated by Tanya L. Hilber, PsyD. Therapists and staff at HPS strive to provide excellent services to children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couples and family therapy.
We provide mental health counseling in English, Spanish, Russian and Hebrew, in San Diego-Mission Valley and El Cajon-Rancho San Diego.
