Constance Lee, ACSW
Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker

Supervised by More ramot, LMFT113081

Hello, my name is Constance and I am a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker, ACSW #102925, supervised by More Ramot, LMFT (LMFT113081 ), but you can call me Connie!

I am originally from Los Angeles County, however I moved to San Diego in 2019 and decided to make this home base. I graduated with my Masters of Social Work from San Diego State University, and have since been able to serve various populations in the school and community settings.

I like to meet my clients where they are at and take the time to develop a safe space that I can share with them as they navigate their life journeys. I believe that therapy is not “one-size fits all,” that it can look different depending on what would be the most helpful for each individual, and that personal growth isn’t always linear. What may be “right” for one person may not be right for another, and I want to join clients as they explore what that could look like for them. For example, my form of relaxation is through play! So I like to spend my free time traveling, camping, snowboarding/surfing, spending time with friends, and finding ways to entertain my 2 pups.

Clinical Experiences

I have experience working with diverse populations throughout school settings, including community college, and within outpatient community agencies. Along the way I have had the pleasure of working with children, teens, families, and adults, as they worked through different challenges such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, identity concerns, relationship challenges, Mood disorders, and trauma. Within the community setting, I was trained in the Assertive Community Treatment model for transient or at-risk adults diagnosed with a persisting serious mental illness (SMI) and have training in Solution-Focused Therapies, CBT, DBT, MI, dual-diagnosis, and crisis intervention.
