I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT134849), supervised by Kathy Winship, LCSW (LCSW69759). I am a compassionate and experienced therapist, dedicated to guiding individuals and families through their individualized path to healing and growth.  I bring a wealth of expertise in managing anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, mood and depressive disorders and navigating life transitions. 

Using a tailored approach, I employ a variety of therapeutic modalities to address the unique individual, with a focus on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), assisting all clients in developing a life worth living.  I am committed to providing a safe space for the exploration of life and daily challenges, with a strengths-based approach that empowers each individual. 

Focused on behavior modification and emotional regulation, I am dedicated to improving the overall quality of life for those exercising the bravery of entering a therapeutic journey. 

Clinical Experience

My clinical background includes working with with all ages of individuals and families who may struggle with Anxiety disorders, Adjustment to life situation, Depression, ADHD, Chronic Health conditions, Trauma/PTSD, and Substance Use. While therapy is tailored to every individual, my experience includes using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE).
