Hi, my name is Isabelle, and I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, (AMFT145188) and a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC15916), supervised by Kathy Winship, LCSW (LCSW69759). I have obtained a Master of Science in Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from CSU Fullerton. As a therapist, I hope to provide a safe space for clients to be vulnerable and to build a strong therapeutic relationship.

Clinical Experience

I have experience working with children, teens, and adults who struggle with various issues such as Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Trauma, Self-Esteem, and Stress Management. I am also experienced in working with culturally diverse populations and neurodivergent populations. My approach to therapy is person-centered and strength-based while integrating multicultural and feminist lenses. In addition, I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness. I am honored to guide clients and highlight their many strengths during their healing journey as they explore their emotions and experiences and build coping skills.
